Faites fondre le chocolat praliné au bain marie, émiettez les crêpes dentelles et incorporez les au chocolat - Montage :
Dans un cercle de 20cm, poser la génoise, la recouvrir le croustillant puis une fois refroidi ajouter la mousse. laissez reposer 3 heures au frai.
