  5. Ajouter ensuite le sucre glace et le cacao amer.
    (J'ai ajouté du pralin)
    Laisser refroidir.
  6. Etaler le chocolat obtenu sur la pâte sortie du frigo.
  7. Enrouler votre pâte pour former un boudin.

    Couper-le en deux dans la longueur et enrouler les deux parties pour faire une vanille.
  8. Vous pouvez à ce moment couper en deux, pour faire deux babka, ou faire un cercle pour la rendre ronde....amusez-vous.

    Mettre sur papier sulfurisé, dans des moules.

    Badigeonner d oeuf battu, et saupoudrer l une de sucre perle, l autre de pralin.
  9. Laisser lever 1h à 1h30 à 25° C minimum
    Ou
    Au four 30mn à 30°C.
  10. Cuire 40mn à 150°C.

    Avec sirop (50ml eau/50gsucre), Badigeonner les babka aussitôt sorties du four.

    Démouler et laisser refroidir sur grille.
